About The Position

We're looking for an experienced HR professional who wants to make an impact, support our Associates and leaders, and help build a positive, high-performing workplace. You'll join a collaborative team in a stable, growing manufacturing company that values development, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Previous Human Resources experience required
• Manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similar industry experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of employment laws, leave administration, employee relations, and HR best practices
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• PHR or SHRM certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support employees and leaders with HR questions, policies, and workplace concerns
• Manage leaves of absence, including FMLA administration
• Process employee changes, pay adjustments, new hires, and terminations
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR data is accurate
• Assist with payroll, audits, and compliance activities
• Support performance improvement, coaching, and employee development efforts
• Handle unemployment claims and related documentation
• Help drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs
