Requirements
- 2-3 years of Human Resources experience.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting and benefits administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of employee relations and onboarding best practices.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ADP
- Background supporting construction, skilled trades, or field-based workforces.
- Experience working in a union environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with employees and managers to support employee relations matters and help foster a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure new hires have a seamless start.
- Administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate employee records.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, compliance, and administrative functions.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as the company continues to grow.
