About The Position

At BLACKBURN'S Physicians Pharmacy, Inc., we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our growing HR team. This position plays a key role in recruiting, employee relations, employment law, HR operations, compliance, and HR technology while helping create an outstanding employee experience across the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Three or more years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations.
  • Experience using an HRIS; Paycom experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
  • Experience in healthcare, DME/HME, pharmacy, or a multi-site organization.
  • Experience with Predictive Index or other behavioral/cognitive assessment tools.
  • OSHA reporting and compliance experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and HR reporting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare offers, coordinate background checks, and manage onboarding activities.
  • Build talent pipelines and support workforce planning initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR transactions in Paycom.
  • Support benefits administration, leave management, and employment changes.
  • Generate reports and assist with HR metrics and workforce analytics.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers.
  • Assist with employee relations, coaching documentation, and workplace investigations.
  • Support compliance with employment laws, OSHA, I-9, labor law postings, and company policies.
  • Maintain MVR compliance, LENS administration, and required HR reporting.
  • Help administer Paycom and other HR technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Develop HR procedures, forms, and standard operating practices.
  • Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
