Human Resources Generalist

Miranda CreativeNorwich, CT
$35 - $45Onsite

About The Position

As Miranda Creative has grown, so has our need for dedicated HR support. This newly created HR Generalist role (part-time) is part of that investment. Reporting directly to our Founder/CEO, you'll be the first point of contact for HR questions across the team, running the day-to-day people operations that keep our agency moving, from recruiting and onboarding to payroll, benefits, and compliance. This isn't a role where you'll just process paperwork. You'll help candidates feel welcomed from their first interview, help new hires feel set up for success on day one, and help our current team feel supported at every stage of the employee experience. If you like variety, move easily between detail work and people work, and want real ownership over how HR runs at a growing creative agency, this is built for you.
