The HR Generalist at Sagewood at Daybreak will assist in providing human resources support to all assigned communities. This role involves ensuring compliance with human resources policies and employment laws, supporting management teams with audits and meetings, and assisting associates and managers with HR practices. The position also supports recruitment efforts, manages post-hire procedures, coordinates training, handles terminations, investigates grievances, manages unemployment and workers' compensation claims, coordinates leaves of absence, assists with benefits and recognition programs, maintains HRIS data accuracy, ensures timely timecard approvals, and distributes paychecks.
