Mohawk Ambulance is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist (HRG). The HRG is responsible for the full cycle of recruiting for applicable assigned positions, from advertising and sourcing candidates to extending final offers and onboarding. Additionally, the HRG will regularly assist with employee relations tasks, such as disciplinary and investigatory meetings. The HRG will complete assigned Human Resources functions for the company and assist with ensuring the Human Resources department runs efficiently. This position puts a strong emphasis on ensuring a positive employee experience for all staff as well as providing strong staff support for all employees in the company.
