About The Position

ATTC is seeking an HR Generalist to support full-cycle recruiting, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives. This role partners closely with leadership to promote a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and effective HR operations in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience (ADP preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • One year of experience in an HR function preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting and new hire onboarding
  • Support employee relations investigations and documentation
  • Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies and programs
  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and general HR administration
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare employee separation documentation
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR duties as assigned
