Aerovac is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to support its North America employee population, with a primary focus on the growing Salt Lake City facility of approximately 50 employees. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, building strong relationships with leaders and employees, and supporting a dynamic manufacturing environment. The HR Generalist will play a key role in delivering day-to-day HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and core HR operations. Partnering closely with site leadership, this individual will help strengthen people processes, support employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to building a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
