About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing People team. Reporting to the Director of People Operations and supporting our Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, this role is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants broad exposure across both human resources and recruiting. You'll be an integral part of the team; rolling up your sleeves, wearing multiple hats, and making a real impact on the employee experience at POS360.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent Human Resources experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR, recruiting, or people operations role
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with a genuine interest in supporting people

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and HR processes
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission in coordination with the HR team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system
  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring documentation and processes align with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Partner with the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition to coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications
  • Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Help facilitate a positive candidate experience from application through offer stage
  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain organized records within the ATS
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and recognition programs
  • Assist the HR Director with special projects including policy updates, training coordination, and HR reporting
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and workflows
  • Help communicate HR programs and initiatives to employees in a clear, approachable way
