We're looking for an organized, people-focused Human Resources Generalist to help drive an exceptional employee experience from recruitment and onboarding through development, payroll, benefits, and beyond. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact on both employees and the business. You'll be a trusted resource for our team while helping shape and support key HR initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Payroll administration experience preferred
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; Paylocity experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interviewing onboarding
  • Lead the onboarding experience for new hires, coordinating pre-employment screenings, HR system setup, employment documentation, and new employee orientation to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition into the organization
  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding benefits, leave, payroll, and HR-related questions
  • Manage employee records, HR systems, and personnel documentation
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure accurate timekeeping, PTO, and employee reimbursements
  • Coordinate employee communications, recognition programs, and company events
  • Support training, professional development, certifications, and compliance initiatives
  • Administer performance review programs and employee lifecycle processes
  • Assist with employee offboarding, exit interviews, and termination procedures
  • Partner with leadership to ensure HR processes are efficient, compliant, and employee-focused
