About The Position
The HR Generalist role is an entry level position that will learn and complete a variety of routine tasks to support the daily operation of the Corporate Human Resource office. This position is located at our Milan Ohio facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Must be U.S. citizen
Responsibilities
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute Human Resource programs including but not limited to: compensation, benefits, leave; performance and talent management
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and management. Referring complex and or sensitive matters to management.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
- Recruits, interviews and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
- Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Performs other duties as assigned
