About The Position

Voltage is seeking a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to support day-to-day Human Resources operations. In this role, you will work across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and compliance while serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a positive employee experience within a growing and dynamic environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of progressive HR experience.
Experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and compliance.
Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, or similar).
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing or high-growth environment preferred.
HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) and payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries and support needs.
Support employee relations activities, including investigations and corrective action processes.
Coordinate recruiting efforts, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including I-9 compliance and background checks.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, life events, and open enrollment.
Support payroll processes and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
Assist with compliance activities (FMLA, ADA, COBRA, EEO, OSHA, wage & hour).
Maintain employee records and generate HR reports and metrics.
Support performance management, training programs, and HR initiatives.
