The Human Resources Generalist provides broad-based HR support in a collegiate environment, with emphasis on talent management, HR operations, employee support, and project coordination. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Human Resources, this role serves as a key resource for employees, supervisors, and campus partners by supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations intake, policy guidance, compliance tracking, HR communications, and process improvement. The Human Resources Generalist also supports strategic HR initiatives led by the AVP, including talent planning, policy implementation, workforce reporting, employee experience projects, and operational improvements. The successful candidate will bring strong judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach to supporting a diverse campus community.
