This is a temporary Human Resources Generalist position based in Tulsa for John Crane. The role provides HR support to employees across manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, procurement, and other operational functions. The HR Generalist will serve as the site lead for all HR matters, including management training, new hire programs, benefits and other company events, recruiting activities, campus activity team, and newsletter representation. The position involves developing, preparing, and maintaining reporting, ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations. The HR Generalist will also function as a liaison to management regarding employee concerns, issues, suggestions, and recommendations, and handle employee requests for information regarding company and employee relations policies, practices, and procedures. Additionally, the role requires investigating, analyzing, and preparing preliminary findings for EEO complaints, unemployment hearings, employee discipline, employee career counseling, and employee appeals. The successful candidate will enjoy participating in and fostering engagement and retention through various learning, development, and affinity programs. Other duties as assigned.
