About The Position

Responsible for supporting a broad range of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and leave administration. This role assists with the full-cycle recruitment process by coordinating interviews, preparing employment offers, conducting new hire onboarding, and facilitating orientation sessions. The position also involves maintaining employee records for accuracy and confidentiality, assisting with the administration of employee benefit and leave programs, and supporting employee performance management processes. Additionally, the role entails preparing HR reports, maintaining personnel files, supporting employee engagement initiatives and events, and providing guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related questions while delivering exceptional internal customer service.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, Human Resources best practices, and HRIS systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships throughout the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of 2–4 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience.
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration and leave administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Human Resources certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
