About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This position will support employees and leadership across payroll, benefits, attendance, employee relations, training, safety, EHS compliance, FMLA, and other HR functions. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience with UKG software is required, and bilingual Arabic/English communication skills are preferred.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing facility.
  • UKG software experience required.
  • Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems.
  • Experience administering FMLA and employee leave programs.
  • Experience with employee relations and workplace investigations.
  • Experience supporting employee benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of EHS and workplace safety compliance.
  • Experience creating and maintaining employee training materials.
  • Experience managing attendance and workforce-related issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with employees, supervisors, and plant leadership.
  • Bilingual Arabic/English preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR activities and provide support to employees and management.
  • Process and support payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Manage employee attendance, timekeeping, and related HR records.
  • Administer employee benefits and assist employees with benefit-related questions.
  • Manage and track FMLA and other employee leave programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues, workplace concerns, conflicts, and policy matters.
  • Support employee investigations and resolution of workplace concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Develop and maintain employee training materials and assist with employee training programs.
  • Support new-hire onboarding and employee orientation.
  • Assist with EHS and safety compliance activities and documentation.
  • Help ensure HR practices and plant operations comply with applicable policies and requirements.
  • Partner with management regarding employee performance, attendance, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data.
  • Assist with HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.
  • Work closely with plant leadership to address workforce and staffing needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
