Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Culture, the Generalist assists in the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture department. The People & Culture Generalist assists with the administration and evolution of the following functional areas: departmental and organizational improvements, Human Resource informational systems (HRIS) and filing, employee relations, training and development, onboarding, benefits, leave of absence, and all associated compliance. The People & Culture Generalist supports HR practices and objectives that will provide a team-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, equality, productivity, standards, goal attainment, and the ongoing development of a thriving workforce.
