The Human Resources Generalist (Talent Acquisition & Management) manages recruiting administration, onboarding, immigration process coordination, learning management system administration, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, government reporting, employee relations, records management oversight, and assigned HR business support for Rigaku Americas Holding. This role partners with hiring managers, employees, candidates, HR leadership, immigration counsel, training stakeholders, and business leaders to support the full talent lifecycle. The role requires strong organization, clear communication, good judgment, data accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple HR processes while providing responsive support to employees and managers.
