This role provides HR support with a focus on managing the talent acquisition pre-employment process, maintaining the plant skills database, and ensuring accurate training documentation. It serves as the primary point of contact for hourly production employees while supporting policy implementation, training initiatives, and employee engagement. The position drives a positive new hire experience from pre-employment through orientation and may assist with projects across the Data Center Cooling division. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will occasionally require flexible schedule to help provide coverage for our 2nd shift.
