About The Position

The successful candidate will provide operational support across all key Human Resources functions, recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits and employee relations.
Requirements
- An Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience in a Human Resources environment.
- Sound knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures and employment legislation in Barbados.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding and compensation and benefits administration.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
- Excellent organisational, communication and computer skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills within a collaborative business environment.
