About The Position

We’re seeking an HR Generalist to support a fast‑paced, complex operation, partnering closely with associates and leaders at our Northlake facility. This position will provide support to both first shift and second shift associates and must be willing to work Monday-Friday onsite, 12PM-9PM CDT.

Requirements

BS/BA in a related discipline, or MS/MA in a related field.
2-5 years of experience in a related field (or 2-4 years with MS/MA).
Proficiency in MS Suite, Workday and Kronos.
Strong communication skills.
High energy.
Ability to work independently or within a team.
Skilled at influencing leadership.
Ability to uphold policies.
Ability to engage effectively in customer-facing environments.

Nice To Haves

2+ years HR Generalist experience within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution environments.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

Administer core human resources programs including staffing, associate relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and learning.
Develop and recommend solutions to a variety of human resources issues.
Consult with management on the interpretation and administration of human resources policies, programs, and procedures.
Works with managers and associates to investigate and resolve associate relations issues.
Conducts staffing support including sourcing, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks.
