Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for supporting the effective operations and processes of the HR Department. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, training, performance management, onboarding, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance. The HR Generalist is expected to maintain confidentiality of all employee issues to the extent allowed under applicable law and ethical standards established for HR professionals.
