About The Position

This role is a dual-focused position, dedicating 50% of the time to Human Resources Generalist duties and 50% to Recruiting. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management across the region, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. You will assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and resolution, and support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, partnering with leadership on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, assisting with performance management processes and employee development initiatives, and supporting benefits administration and HR-related communications are also key responsibilities. For the Recruiting portion, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. This involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies, drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms, and building and maintaining candidate pipelines to meet ongoing hiring demands. Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, conducting background and reference checks as required, and tracking recruiting metrics and providing regular updates to leadership are also essential functions of this role.
