About The Position

COST of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a talented Human Resources Generalist to deliver hands‑on HR support across the organization and serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders. Our team creates award‑winning construction for zoos, theme parks, resorts, museums, and entertainment destinations nationwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 5 years of hands‑on HR experience to including handling employee relations issues, complying with all employment laws, and creating HR next practices
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion

Nice To Haves

  • HR certification
  • bilingual Spanish/English skills

Responsibilities

  • Support full‑cycle recruiting and onboarding activities
  • Administer benefits, employee leaves (including FMLA), and all HR programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Assist with employee relations matters, documentation, and issue tracking
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Respond to HR inquiries and provide exceptional internal customer service
  • Contribute to employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives
