About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support a broad range of HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This role will serve as a key resource for employees and leadership, helping to drive HR operations, employee engagement, talent acquisition support, compliance, and performance management initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, HR operations, and recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and employee record management.
  • Understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR technology platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting a fast-paced or growing organization.
  • Experience with employee engagement and culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire orientations to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Assist with employee relations matters and help resolve routine HR questions and concerns.
  • Support performance management processes, including review administration and documentation.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events.
  • Generate and maintain HR reports, compliance documentation, and other employment-related records.
  • Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, interview coordination, career fairs, and candidate communication.
  • Conduct background checks and assist with pre-employment processes as needed.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to support workforce planning and talent acquisition activities.
  • Provide backup support for benefits administration and leave management processes.
  • Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned.
