A day in the life. As our Human Resources Generalist, you are responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The HR Generalist is a key contributor in areas of employee onboarding and learning, hiring, employee relations, and benefits administration, with a continued focus on being an employer of choice.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• experience working in a fast paced, professional team environment preferred
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus
