About The Position

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist role based in Pensacola, FL. The Human Resources Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company standards. This role will coordinate employee benefits and assist with benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes. The position will also support performance management activities, handle routine employee relations inquiries, and provide guidance to team members and managers on HR procedures. The HR Generalist will collaborate with leadership on HR initiatives, assist with recruitment processes, and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting day-to-day HR operations.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to interpret, communicate, and apply them consistently.
  • Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and aerospace industry regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and standard office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent tools).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
