About The Position

As an Educator HR Generalist at Zen Educate, you’ll step into an HR role that is genuinely different from most. Instead of just working behind the scenes, you will serve as a direct support system and trusted partner to thousands of Zen educators. In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to fully own your day-to-day work, while still being part of a closely-knit, collaborative team. This position blends essential HR compliance with internal team support, all designed to ensure our educators are safe, prepared, and set up for success. If you are passionate about education, this role provides a direct pathway to supporting our educators, who in turn support our students. We truly believe that the more effective and supported our educators are, the more impactful they will be in the classroom.
