The Generalist provides guidance and solutions on human resources operational issues and partners with management to facilitate the delivery of HR services. The Generalist serves as a contact for employees regarding HR policies/procedures and completes planning and administrative tasks in various areas of HR including recruiting/onboarding, compensation, benefits, leaves of absences, records management, safety, training, etc. to support the daily operations of the HR department.
