About The Position

Mid South Rehab Services, Inc., located in Ridgeland, Mississippi, is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and team-player to join their Human Resources TEAM. This role is ideal for someone with experience in onboarding, offboarding, and conducting new hire orientations. Experience with PAYCOM or a similar HRIS is preferred.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education are required.
Minimum one (1) year of Human Resources experience is required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in daily operations, and to conduct daily duties in a professional appearance and manner.
Must possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Proficient in computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience with day-to-day operations within a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Nice To Haves

PAYCOM experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to the field via phone, email, chat, and text.
HR data entry for onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding.
Processes personnel actions and input all Employee Partner status changes in a timely manner and within the proper payroll cycle.
Collects, maintains and enters human resources related employee information in the Human Resource Information System database, and distributes needed information or request(s) for information to employees, managers, departments and other customers, as needed.
Coordinates and conducts Newly Hired Employee Partner Orientations.
Maintains compliance with Federal and State employment laws.
Follows company expectations in regard to HIPAA/Corporate Compliance policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
