About The Position

Manages one or more functions and/or areas of the overall human resource operation that requires expertise and broad-based industry knowledge. Provides general leadership, guidance, and input regarding specific processes, evaluating options to implement process improvement solutions. Conducts internal compliance audits of employee positions impacting job title, job code, and compensation levels, submitting reports and recommendations for resolution to the Director of Human Resources. Represents the Human Resources Department to internal and external customers in a professional, courteous, and quality manner. Candidates with experience in compensation, performance appraisals, and job descriptions are encouraged to apply. Experience in a healthcare setting is required for this role.
