The HR Generalist is a professional support role responsible for assisting with a broad range of human resources functions that support the workforce and overall business operations. This position works closely with the Director of Human Resources and company leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management support, payroll administration, benefits coordination, compliance, training support, drug testing program administration, and personnel documentation. The HR Generalist helps ensure human resources processes are administered consistently, professionally, and in alignment with company policies, employment laws, and organizational standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, accountability, sound judgment, and a commitment to supporting employees and company culture. This is a safety-sensitive position.
