About The Position

The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting the people and culture of the organization. This position is responsible for managing and supporting the full range of HR functions, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, and regulatory compliance. In partnership with leadership, this role helps shape and maintain HR policies and practices that support company goals, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure consistent, fair, and compliant application of HR programs across the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and is comfortable balancing day-to-day HR operations with long-term organizational support.

  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
  • Ability to learn and effectively use HRIS and talent management systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly between company locations

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience preferred, ideally in a generalist role
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
