About The Position

This Human Resources Generalist opportunity is located in Bowling Green, OH. Quest Energy Group is a leading Executive Search and Talent Acquisition Firm supporting the Manufacturing Industry. They are searching for an experienced HR Generalist to join a thriving team and contribute to a range of human resource functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and engagement initiatives. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring seamless HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will span full-cycle talent acquisition, payroll processing, policy administration, and employee engagement activities, and employee relations. This position is perfect for someone with at least 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting, who thrives on managing multiple priorities with precision, professionalism, and confidentiality. Accounting knowledge and exposure to Compensation & Benefits is a plus, but not a dealbreaker. Requirements

• At least 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
