About The Position

United Ag & Turf NE is looking for a Human Resource Generalist that is responsible for supporting the HR department with daily operations. This includes recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and maintaining HR records.

Requirements

Knowledge of HR processes and policies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
A minimum of 3 years of HR experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of experience and education

Nice To Haves

Any HR Certification will be a plus

Responsibilities

Assist with the recruitment and hiring process
Oversee the new employee onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
Address and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflicts, in a timely and fair manner
Respond to general HR inquiries and provide support to employees on HR-related matters
Gathering and analyzing HR data and preparing reports and presentations for HR management
Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
Assist in compliance with labor laws
