We’re looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who enjoys balancing day-to-day ownership with meaningful employee and manager support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants ownership of the hiring and onboarding process, while continuing to grow into broader HR responsibilities. This role serves as the primary owner of recruiting and onboarding, while also acting as a key HR partner to employees and managers. You’ll focus on delivering a strong candidate and new hire experience, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all hiring and onboarding processes. In addition, you’ll provide day-to-day HR support, helping managers and employees navigate people-related matters with practical, people-focused guidance.
