Requirements

  • Act as lead person for payroll administration in the E-time and Dayforce systems.
  • Process all garnishments, levies and child support orders for hourly employees.
  • Process Tooling Reimbursement requests.
  • Process pay increases for all hourly employees.
  • Maintain HRIS system as it relates to pay rate changes and employee contact information.

  • Back-up Benefits Administrator and Training/Recruiting Administrator as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Act as lead person for payroll administration in the E-time and Dayforce systems. (ie. adding punches, changing punches, adding hours, adjusting schedules, adjustments to ADP information, yield bonus checks etc.)
  • Process all garnishments, levies and child support orders for hourly employees.
  • Back-up Benefits Administrator and Training/Recruiting Administrator as needed.
  • Process Tooling Reimbursement requests.
  • Process pay increases for all hourly employees.
  • Maintain HRIS system as it relates to pay rate changes and employee contact information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
