Human Resources Executive Assistant

About The Position

Performs advanced administrative and clerical support duties in an efficient, professional, and confidential manner in support of Human Resources leadership, including the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), and departmental operations. Provides administrative coordination including calendar management, meeting scheduling, preparation of reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting minutes, and follow-up documentation. Assists with tracking action items, coordinating departmental initiatives, supporting HR communications, onboarding activities, and special projects. Contributes to the effective and efficient operation of the Human Resources department through strong organization, communication, time management, and collaboration, while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive employee, operational, and organizational information. Exercises sound judgment, attention to detail, and a proactive approach in support of departmental and organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  • Experience with calendar coordination, scheduling, and meeting logistics
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong business writing, proofreading, and document preparation skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with highly sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional customer service and telephone etiquette
  • Ability to work independently & collaboratively with executives, leadership, staff, and external partners
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Knowledge of general office procedures, records management, and document organization
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work demands
