Human Resources Director
About The Position

We are looking for a Human Resources Director who's ready to take our Township teams to the next level in operational organizational culture and excellence. Under the general supervision and direction of the township manager, the Director coordinates, performs, and directs Meridian Township's complex human resource functions and manages HR and Human Services staff. The Director provides administrative oversight and leadership with an emphasis on staffing, employee relations, labor relations, performance management, and compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations. The role is critical in fostering a supportive employee culture which helps the Township's to retain and attract engaged employees. We are committed to providing exceptional services to Meridian Township's prime community.
Requirements
- Experience in human resource functions.
- Experience in staffing.
- Experience in employee relations.
- Experience in labor relations.
- Experience in performance management.
- Knowledge of compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
