HLK is seeking an experienced and hands-on leader to oversee all aspects of human resources. This individual will be responsible for managing and strengthening the agency’s HR function, ensuring effective execution across recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations. The Director of Human Resources will work closely with agency leadership to implement talent-related initiatives and provide informed perspective on people-related decisions. This role requires a balance of leadership, sound judgment, and strong execution, with an emphasis on building consistency, clarity, and accountability across the organization. This position will be based in St. Louis, with an expectation of in-office presence at least three days per week.
