Make an Impact as Our Human Resources Director We’re seeking an experienced, people-focused Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy, advise community leadership, and foster an inclusive, engaging workplace where associates can do their best work. You’ll oversee key areas including: Recruitment, on-boarding, associate relations, and engagement Diversity and inclusion Payroll, benefits, and workers’ compensation State and federal compliance Training, development, and workplace safety

Requirements

• A degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2-4 years’ experience in HR management
• Knowledge of Ceridian Payroll is a plus
• Benefits administration
• Full knowledge of state and federal HR Laws
• Excellent leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and web-based systems
• Proven ability to quickly learn new software and digital tools

Nice To Haves

• Preferably in Senior Housing, Senior Care or Hospitality
