We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and oversee all HR operations, compliance initiatives, leadership development programs, and workforce strategies across our growing organization in the DFW metroplex. This is a high-impact leadership role that works directly with executive leadership to shape company culture, strengthen operational excellence, and support continued organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
  • 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience required
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compliance, and organizational risk management
  • Experience with benefits administration, workforce planning, and policy development
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Healthcare and multi-site operations experience strongly preferred
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead all Human Resources operations and strategic initiatives
  • Advise executive leadership on workforce planning, compliance, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Oversee HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Manage employee relations, investigations, corrective actions, and risk management practices
  • Direct benefits strategy, vendor negotiations, renewals, and employee benefit communications
  • Develop leadership training, onboarding, and employee development initiatives
  • Oversee recruitment strategy, retention efforts, and workforce planning
  • Monitor HR metrics including turnover, hiring trends, engagement, and compliance reporting
  • Support organizational culture initiatives focused on accountability, professionalism, and employee engagement
  • Lead and mentor HR team members and support staff
