About The Position

FlexScreen/RiteScreen is seeking an HR leader with genuine depth in benefits, payroll, and strategy to own the HR function for their growing organization. This role is for someone who runs the function, owns total rewards like a P&L, treats payroll accuracy as sacred, and collaborates with executives to shape the company's direction. The company is the largest independent screen manufacturer in the United States, with nine facilities across seven states and a significant growth trajectory.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive HR depth and leadership experience.
Experience running open enrollment and reporting to a board.
Experience negotiating renewals and coaching HRMs.
Experience supporting organizations of 500+ employees across multiple shifts.
Manufacturing or hourly-workforce experience.
ADP Workforce Now fluency strongly preferred.
SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, or CPP certifications are respected.

Responsibilities

Own total rewards, including benefits plan design, broker and carrier relationships, open enrollment, and compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA).
Govern payroll, overseeing multi-state payroll through ADP, including controls, tax compliance, audit discipline, and ensuring accurate payment for all employees.
Administer, optimize, and enhance the HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), ensuring the integrity and security of employee records.
Shape strategy in areas such as workforce planning, compensation philosophy, policy architecture, and organizational design, partnering directly with the CHRO and executive leadership.
Lead HR Managers across sites, providing direction, consistency, and development.
Manage employment law across seven states, including California, for a multi-state manufacturer.
