The primary function of this position is to oversee and manage the operations of the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with policies, coordination of benefits, compensation, offer letters, promotions, terminations, and investigations, and all other Human Resources related issues that arise within the company. This job requires the ability and desire to work in a fast paced multi tasked environment with a focus towards administration, compliance, analysis, and customer service. It will require travel to the branch office locations.
