Plans, administers, and implements policies relating to all phases of human resources activities personally or through subordinate supervisors. Implements Human Resources policies, partnering with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. Oversee and coordinate HR areas such as, but not limited to succession planning, talent management, labor relations, employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO, and/or training and development. This position is required to comply with the company’s cybersecurity, information security, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling policies. This includes safeguarding sensitive information, completing mandatory security training, and promptly reporting any suspected data or security incidents.
