Stampede Culinary Partners is seeking a full-time Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator for their Bridgeview, IL facility. This role is crucial in creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and heard, by balancing HR strategy with hands-on employee engagement. The Human Resources Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for HR matters at the facility, responsible for onboarding new hires, processing payroll for over 250 employees, managing employee relations, enforcing attendance policies, overseeing safety initiatives, handling temporary workforce invoicing, and supporting leadership with HR strategies. A key aspect of this role involves acting as a translator (English/Spanish) for meetings and documents to ensure all team members are informed. The position also involves leading new hire orientations and coordinating employee events to foster a positive and productive work environment, while ensuring compliance with company policies, employment laws, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
