Requirements
- Basic knowledge of employee leave, labor law, and administrative processes
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and other software
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work-related experience or 4 years equivalent work-related experience preferred
- Experience working with ADP or comparable HRIS software preferred
Responsibilities
- Providing support to all company personnel
- Working closely with the Human Resources Business Partner
- Administration of all human resources activities in compliance with company policy, standards of performance, and legal requirements
- Leading by example, adhering to all policies and procedures contained in the manuals issued by VitalCore Health Strategies
- Collaborating with other recruitment and HR team members
- Assisting with employee relations
- Onboarding
- Administrative tasks
- Benefits management
- Communicating and supporting change management
- Maintaining accurate HR data entry
- Ensuring compliance with employment labor law and OSHA standards, and company policies
