We have a great, new opportunity for you!! Climate Systems, Inc. is currently seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator . The Human Resources Coordinator will support a variety of HR function including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and regulatory compliance. This position plays an important role in helping maintain a positive and productive workplace culture while supporting company leadership and employees. Here's what you'll do: Assist with developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals Manage recruitment activities including job postings, applicant screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding Administer employee compensation, benefits, and performance management programs Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Promote employee engagement and support a culture of continuous improvement Address employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as needed Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records Support leadership with organizational development and succession planning initiatives Perform other related duties as assigned to support the efficient and effective operation of the organization Here's what will get you noticed: Experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred SHRM or PHR certification but not necessary Here's what you'll need to be successful: Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Willingness to ask questions and pursue multiple solutions to a problem. Ability to travel and attend out of area training, meetings and/or conferences as assigned. Maintain confidentiality of information. Willing to work flexible hours as needed. Requirements
