About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our centralized professional and operational teams. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys providing exceptional employee support, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring a positive employee experience. As a key member of the HR team, you will assist with a variety of HR activities, including onboarding, employee records management, HR program administration and support for talent acquisition activities. You will work closely with leaders, employees, and the broader HR team to ensure HR operations run smoothly while contributing to engagement and organizational success across multiple teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong HR foundation, gain exposure to multiple areas of human resources, and grow within a collaborative and professional environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of HR, recruiting, administrative, or related experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems
  • Strong customer service mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Knowledge of HR principles, employment practices, and labor laws is a plus
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or working toward certification) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for employee HR inquiries, helping ensure questions are addressed accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation activities to ensure positive employee experience.
  • Support talent acquisition and recruiting activities throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Support key HR programs and processes, including performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and training administration.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation to support business and HR needs.
  • Assist with employee relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and HR procedures.
  • Partner with the HR team on special projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations.
