The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing support for all HR functions in a large format at UNIQLO Stores. This position requires primarily working in stores and may require some travel between locations. The role involves providing training to store employees on HR processes, employment laws, and recruiting. It also includes partnering with the Regional Human Resources Manager on employee relations, processing HR administrative tasks, and serving as a liaison for employee concerns, leaves of absence, workers compensation, and more. The coordinator will assist with interviews, investigations, and disciplinary actions, and utilize recruiting tools for talent acquisition. They will also manage customer needs according to UNIQLO service standards, maintain brand and operational standards, and ensure the integrity of the payroll process. The role supports multiple store locations and may involve other duties as assigned.
